VACANCY: Agile Commercial Transformation Accelerator

To drive the achievement of targeted business- and development results, as an Agile Commercial Transformation Accelerator you will work on client programs helping them develop and integrate client value strategy, value propositions, client engagement processes, competences and enabling technology. As you thoroughly understand client pain points you are able to step back, see the big picture and build upon what’s good and break through barriers where necessary in either the Scrum Master or Product Owner role.

Ideal profile

+ strong 10 years+ sales, marketing or business development background & track record

+ extensive business knowledge in ICT, pharma, medical devices and/or life science

+ hands-on leadership experience with organizational change in commercial organizations

+ agile knowledge & experience as product owner or scrum master

+ strong communication & stakeholder management skills

+ bachelor/university degree
